    My name is Andrea Randall and I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker- Clinical. I hold a Master’s Degree from Morgan State University. I started my career as a crisis response therapist in Baltimore City and I continued to procatice therapy in both the private and public sectors. I currently practice as a School Social Worker and fill the hat of Program Director/Supervisor within an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic.

    Tatiana Toppin, LMSW

    I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and then Master’s Degree in Substance Use at Morgan State University. I am a licensed Master of Social Work. I’m a psychotherapist committed to helping individuals and families learn how to identify healthy coping skills, build healthy relationships, practice self-care and live an overall fulfilling life by way of mutual development of goals for therapy and provision of ongoing evaluation of the therapeutic approach. My work focuses on improving mental health. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.

    I’m passionate about creating resources for families, and am dedicated to providing services that include individual, couples, family, and group therapy. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Crisis Intervention.

    Veron Johnson, M.Ed, LCPC, Board Approved Supervisor

    Veron graduated from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2002 earning a Master of Education degree in Guidance & Counseling. He was fully licensed to provide therapy in the state of MD in 2019. Veron is a Board Approved Supervisor for Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors in the state of MD. He has experience providing care coordination, mental health case management, supervision, drug and alcohol counseling, and psychiatric rehabilitation. Veron has over 20 yrs of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families who suffer from a variety of mental illnesses. He uses a number of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Theory. A holistic, strength based, person centered approach guides his practice. Veron serves adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups in the following areas: ADHD, Drug and Alcohol counseling, Adoption, Bipolar Disorder, Child or Adolescent, Teen Violence, Marital and Premarital counseling, OCD, Sexual Abuse/Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Divorce, Anger Management, Codependency, Self Esteem, Life Coaching, Parenting, Sexual Addiction.
